We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Cash, or Cashiers checks ONLY. All Credit card payments must be made through Proxibid directly. We will not be able to process credit card payments at the auction site, so please bid accordingly.

Credit Cards will be charged the day following the auction. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the purchase including California Sales Tax (8% of final bid) and the Internet premium (10% of final bid).

A 3% discount will be applied to the order if payment is made with Cash/Money Order/Cashiers Check. We do not accept personal checks, your check must be a cashier's check only.

All Chargebacks will be refuted, as this is an AS-IS auction with a very long inspection period, there is no reason to file a chargeback.

All merchandise must be paid IN FULL, before pickup or shipping can be arranged. Proof of payment is required before any merchandise can be picked up or shipped.

YOUR ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 6 DAYS OF THE CLOSE OF AUCTION. IF AN AUCTION CLOSES ON SATURDAY IT MUST BE PICKED UP THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. No returns, exchanges, or discounts will be issued. We offer an extended viewing period, we STRONGLY advise that you take advantage of it if you have any questions about a particular lot.

We have described each lot to the best of our ability, while we do our best to accurately describe merchandise we are not perfect and there is a possibility that merchandise can be mislabeled. You should use the viewing period as well as the photographs of the lot as your guide. Our description is simply a reference and should NOT be used for final bidding.

If you do not pay IN FULL for your purchases, you will be banned from bidding on any auctions by The Hidden Treasure Emporium as well as reported to Proxibid.

You are required to take the entirety of your lot, we will not provide disposal of trash onsite.

This Auction shall be conducted subject to California Law. Any laws that apply, both Federal and State will be subject to California Jurisdiction.

The company cannot be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site.

By bidding you acknowledge that you are taking part in the auction electronically and the nature of the auction relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.

The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any unit(s) that may have been affected by any malfunction. This decision of the Auctioneer is final.

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 6 DAYS FROM THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.
