This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

This is a sale you DO NOT want to miss!
This sale is overflowing with brand new designer clothing, handbags, shoes, accessories, and household items. One stop shop to do all of your holiday shopping!
The clothing, handbag, shoes, and accessories designers include Hermes, Bottega Venetta, Prada, Gucci, Tods, Isaac Mizrahi, Issey Miyake, Monolo Blahnik, Escada, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, Juicy Couture, and so many others!
Women’s Shoes are size 9, 9.5, and 10, Women’s clothing sizes ranges from Small to XXL, and a small collection of men’s clothing ranging from size XL to XXL.
Household accessories include, but are not limited to the following:
· Unopened designer candles,
· Beauty products and perfume,
· Unopened bedding,
· Kitchen items – Nutri Ninja, Copper chef pans, William Sonoma kitchen items, and more – all new
· Decorative items by Michael Aram, Waterford, Baccarat,
· Vintage Chinese and Japanese porcelain items,
· Holiday decorations,
· Multiple Canon cameras
There is also a wonderful collection of art. Original paintings and limited edition pieces.
We are very aware of the current climate and everyone's safety is our utmost priority. Face masks will be required and are mandatory to enter the property, please do not forget yours as we will not have spares. We will have hand sanitizer available and will be strictly controlling the amount of folks entering.
