All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.

Online auction starts closing at 1pm on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021.  The first item in catalog order will close at 1pm, then 1 item per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and  keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s). 

 

Preview: By appointment on Monday, November 15th, 2021 from 11am-1pm.

 

Removal: By appointment on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 10am-5pm. There will be a link on paid invoices to sign up for time slots on Sign Up Genius. Local pickup only. No items will be shipped.
