Items are the private property of our clients and may be withdrawn from the sale at any time. Some items may be subject to prior sale. We do not do holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds. We may give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales - We start when we say we start. Delivery services are available to those not able to remove purchases prior to close of sale. If you cannot pick-up the item by the end of the sale, GoodLife Sales reserves the right to charge a "storage fee". All buyers and attendees attend this event at their own risk. Beautiful estate with lots of wall art, decorative items and evidence of a charming life. Most of the furnishings are fairly modern including near new sofa and sectional. High-end dining room set with china hutch, bar height dinette set, big mid-century modern bedroom set. Lots of costume and some fine jewelry will be included at the sale. Dozens of beautiful women's clothing in size S (4-6) and size 8 shoes. All of the clothing is near new, some with tags and includes Nordstrom, Cabi, True Grit, Chicos, Tahari, Jones of NY, Liz Claiborne, Ann Taylor, Michael Kors, Victoria's Secret PLUS handbags by Kate Spade, Hobo, Jennifer Lopez, Coach, The Sac, PLUS shoes by I Comfort, Areosoles, Fioni, Apostrophe, Covington, Uggs, Martinelli, Nine West, Skechers, Kenneth Cole, American Eagle, Reebok and many other brands. Nice crystal and lots of entertaining pieces. Big screen flat panel tv and lots of CDs and DVDs. Both the washer and dryer are working in good condition. Tons of holiday decorations - this is a nice sale of very fine items. We hope to see you all there!!! Directions: Sale is right off of Harbor Blvd. north of Edinger and has easy access. Lots of parking on both sides of Lilac and in the shopping center 1/4 block away. There is NO PARKING INSIDE the complex. This is NOT A GATED COMPLEX.
