WATCH FOR CHILDREN - this neighborhood has lots of little ones.
Be courteous when parking. Do not block driveways. Allow traffic flow on street. Everyone starts at the same time. No one sees or buys before 8:00 a.m. each day. All items sold as is. No returns or exchanges. Major credit cards and cash accepted. No checks. Sales Tax will be added at check out. Tax Exempt buyers must leave a copy of certificate. Please bring packing materials and boxes. We do not move furniture. Plan to have help moving and loading large items. All purchases must be removed from the property by the end of the sale or they will be forfeited. Bay Heritage Estate Sales is not liable for accidents or injuries. Please be careful.
