DUE TO SATURDAY STORMY WEATHER WE HAVE POST PONED UNTIL 11AM START TIME.

 

Well first I want to share some light on this sale cause its as Beautiful as it is sad!! This is a home where for 35 years has had joy and laughter, fun and memories.. Until now..

She lost her only care taker (husband) in April 2021 Kids stepped up to live in, help etc, 35 years in home.. 5 children, 11 grand children.. Many happy times and memories on a beautiful Canal Home Just south of Tarpon Springs..

Husband passed in April 2021.. He was her Care taker.. She was digressing with Dementia and Parkinson’s. To talk with her she has nothing but sweet beautiful memories in her home.. It almost brings you to tears.. Or it DOES!! but she is being moved to Assisted Living for better care.. This sale is to fund her for her last years.. You can see the love and commitment this home had towards family..

Many beautiful things, Fun things, Family things, etc. Holidays were spent here and to no Expense. They played with Fishing, Boats, gatherings, hanging out at Tiki Bar etc. So this is a genuine quality sale at no expense when it came to them doing for family enjoyment. Cedar Chest, Glass top Dining Table, GREAT Queen Mattress and Box Springs. Bed topper. Bunk-Futon.. Leather Sofa, Electric Suede Recliner, Patio Furniture, in and Out.. Bistro’s Lawn Chairs, Grill. Metal Art, wall hangings.. 24’ Ext Ladder. at least 4 other ladders. Shelving in Garage also for sale. A nice wine Fridge, Garage side by side fridge. Many cleaning supplies.. and 2 electric fireplaces.

We have toys, 3-PS4’s games, Elite Shatterproof Basketball Hopp, Disney items, Many Fishing Poles Water items, blow ups etc. Patio Sets, Bistros, Holidays were Special… HUGE X-mas tree and Amount of Ornament decor,, The Tiki Bar Atmoshere gives a huge feeling of fun and quality things. Fish, Tropical comfort yet fun. Top Quality Furniture’s, beddings, dishes, linens.. Everything we’ve seen and touched in this home is Quality.. Many kitchen items.
