This is a "timed, then live auction." Pre-bidding is open now at https://bid.nunneleyestates.comOn March 27th at 10:00am, the sale will go "live" for final bidding, and lots will close in sequential order. 

 

Winning bidders will have two options for receiving their items.
Local Pickup Option:
Item pick up in Sacramento, CA, 95816 will take place on April 3rd, 2022 from 10am-4pm.
Address will be released to the winning bidder.

Archaic miniature jug with scrolling metalwork having cells filled with green and orange enamel. Thin handle, fluted neck. Unknown origin. Size: 3” high x 2 1/4” wide 

"Hand wrought silver double handled cup raised on circular foot. Quatrefoil in form, with two pierced foliate handles each surmounted by a bird. A bronze figure of a bull stands at center, attached with a central post that is soldered through to the base. Bull spins around inside the cup as the hole may have expanded with time.

Weight: 5.1 ozt. 

Dimensions: 2” high x 6” wide x 4 3/8” deep. 

 

Bowl has pitting consistent with age, foot is bent, and symmetry the of four sided cup may have shifted. Please see photos. This is an unusual piece of old silver, unknown time period."

"Hand wrought silver double handled cup raised on circular foot. Quatrefoil in form, with two pierced foliate handles each surmounted by a bird. A bronze figure of a bull stands at center, attached with a central post that is soldered through to the base. Bull spins around inside the cup as the hole may have expanded with time.

Weight: 5.1 ozt. 

Dimensions: 2” high x 6” wide x 4 3/8” deep. 

 

Bowl has pitting consistent with age, foot is bent, and symmetry the of four sided cup may have shifted. Please see photos. This is an unusual piece of old silver, unknown time period."

Winning bidders will have two options for receiving their items.

Item pick up in Sacramento, CA, 95816 will take place on April 3rd, 2022 from 10am-4pm.

Archaic miniature jug with scrolling metalwork having cells filled with green and orange enamel. Thin handle, fluted neck. Unknown origin. Size: 3” high x 2 1/4” wide 

"Hand wrought silver double handled cup raised on circular foot. Quatrefoil in form, with two pierced foliate handles each surmounted by a bird. A bronze figure of a bull stands at center, attached with a central post that is soldered through to the base. Bull spins around inside the cup as the hole may have expanded with time.

Weight: 5.1 ozt. 

Dimensions: 2” high x 6” wide x 4 3/8” deep. 

 

Bowl has pitting consistent with age, foot is bent, and symmetry the of four sided cup may have shifted. Please see photos. This is an unusual piece of old silver, unknown time period."
