·        We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).

We do not accept Checks.

·        Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·        Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm

·        Numbers are given out at 8am every day; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

From Lawrence Avenue & Kedzie Avenue in Chicago, IL.

Take Kedzie Avenue south to Wilson Avenue.

Turn left (east) on Wilson Avenue to 2805.

The best parking is on Manor Avenue.
