BIDDING: We start our auctions low for a true auction spirit, not to reflect quality. You can Place A Bid or Feel free to Toss a REASONABLE offer our way before the auction ends! You can MAKE OFFER for Instant Purchase through our New MAKE AN OFFER option on our alternate bidding site bidlive.UniqueVintique.com. NOT yet available on Mobile APP. You MUST first place a bid on the item BEFORE making an offer. All offers MUST be received no later than 3 days prior to auction ending. Your offer will be reviewed against other offers received, any current high, absentee and/or reserve bids. You will receive a reply within 48-72 hours. If your offer is accepted, you will be sent an invoice for immediate payment. Item will remain active and subject to other offers until payment is made.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to total Online Auction bid amounts.

SALES TAX: A 8% Sales Tax will be added to total purchase. - Note* sales tax may be waived by purchasers who provide their valid state resale certificate PRIOR to bidding.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is required immediately upon receipt of invoice. Your bid will indicate that you agree to have your credit card on file charged immediately after the close of auction for your winning bid(s) amount, plus 15% buyer’s premium and any applicable sales tax.

PICK-UP: All invoices must be prepaid before items can be picked up. Pickup times are usually the Saturday and/or Sunday following the end of auction. Items can be picked up at our auction gallery located at 4519 Tacony Street, Philadelphia, PA 19124 unless otherwise stated in auction description. Bring any necessary help and all moving tools or supplies. Items not picked up will be discarded or relisted-NO REFUND!. For SHIPPING TERMS see below.

RESERVE BID: Unless indicated in auction description, some items may be subject to a RESERVE BID and if your high bid does not meet the reserve, it will not be the winning bid and you will not receive an invoice for that lot.
SHIPPING (When offered): Our preferred method of delivery is local pick-up. We can ship any item that fit inside USPS Flat Rate Priority Boxes. Jewelry can be shipped in an envelope. We will gladly combine items. Since we must physically transport items to post office, maximum Weight limit is 30 pounds. We Are NOT Professional Shippers and will not handle nor personally ship large, fragile or extremely heavy items. Buyer is required to use commercial shipper (UPS, Fedex, etc) Pack and Ship services and we will work with them. Shipping availability will be indicated in each auction and/or item’s description. Know that we only ship 1 day per week. Please add an additional 2-3 business days for us to pack, calculate fees and invoice. Your item will be shipped approximately 5-7 business days AFTER receipt of payment. ***IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE:*** If we have to use boxes other than USPS Flat Rate, Shipping cost will only be calculated AFTER auction ends and item is won. ***WARNING*** If your item requires special packing materials, additional costs will be added to your invoice.
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU A SHIPPING COST UNTIL AFTER AUCTION ENDS. DISPUTE OF SHIPPING CHARGES CANNOT BE USED AS A REASON FOR YOU NOT TO COMPLETE YOUR CONTRACT.

CONDITION: Most items are from Estate Sales, Warehouse Liquidations, and/or other means. Many items have dirt and/or damage on it or to packaging, show age appropriate wear or oxidation, have missing stones, been previously repaired, chipped, etc. We usually do not test, repair, nor clean items. We try to check for obvious Major damages and try to indicate any noted major damage by way of photos or listing. Items are being described to the best of our abilities, as accurate as possible, and with utmost conscientiousness on our part, but we do not know nor see Everything. To avoid any potential oversights, we respectfully request your assistance in helping us to make this a mutually satisfactory transaction by doing your due diligence, viewing images carefully, doing research, estimating shipping cost to you and asking all questions PRIOR TO BIDDING. Unique Vintique Auctions & Estate Sales is not the owner or seller of the auction items, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller (Consignor) to facilitate the sale of their goods by holding the goods until such time as a sale is completed and the goods are relinquished to the buyer.
