Cash, Credit, and Debit Card ONLY *All bids are final *All items are sold as is where is, no exceptions. *All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. *All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any questions please contact us. * NO BUYER"S PREMIUM* *All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction.Items not picked up during that time will be subject to forfeiture with no refund. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated. *Bidders who have an unpaid invoice by the end of pick upday will have their card on file charged. *Items paid for, but left for more than seven days become property of the auction company. No refunds will be made. *Should you need to make arrangements outside of scheduled pickup, please contact auction company PRIOR TO bidding. *No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full. *It is the bidder's responsibilty to ensure they are able to remove items, please bring all packing materials needed and help for loading. *Cash, Credit, or Debit Card ONLY *All shipping charges, plus a handling fee, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Fragile, large, or hard-to-ship items may be dropped off with a third party shipper. *All of our auctions have a soft close. *Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from injuries to person or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of shipping of items purchased. *While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied.
