All sales are as is, no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. All items must be removed by the last day of the sale. We do offer reasonably priced delivery service for larger items if interested. No large bags will be allowed inside. Please respect the neighbors and do not park on the lawns, driveways or near mailboxes. Parking is limited so please be patient and courteous. We will be accepting cash and credit cards. Sorry, no checks accepted unless cleared with us prior to day of sale.
