Everything is sold AS-IS, No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties. The homeowners and VCS Estate Services are NOT responsible for any accidents, illness or any personal injury inside or outside the property. We reserve the right to limit occupancy of the household for crowd control health reasons and All estates are under 24 Hour Video Surveillance, and if anyone is caught shoplifting or changing prices or stickers from our clients we will contact the police and prosecute.
