All items sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with all faults and blemishes and NO warranty expressed or implied.
Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items prior to bidding. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, value, authenticity and all other factors of each item they bid on. UBid Auction House is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder shall be the sole judge of any items value
-There is a 13% buyer's premium charged to all floor purchases, if paying with cash, you will receive a 3% discounted rate or 10% buyers premium. On-Site buyers must pay on the day of the sale. Absentee/Internet ONLY buyers have a 15% buyer's premium and must Pay and Pickup all items within three (3) days of the auction close. Buyers may pay by cash, MasterCard, Visa and most major Cards.
-Sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale or Tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale.
-Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder along with the responsibility for securing the item and making payment for the item. Sold items must be removed at the end of the auction unless other arrangements have been made and the delayed pickup form has been filled out and signed by purchaser and UBid Auction House.
-ITEM('S) REMOVAL and NON-REMOVAL NOTICE: Any item('s) that has not been paid for and/or not removed from the premises by the Close of Business on the Wednesday following the Auction will become the property of UBid Auction House and the item('s) will be disposed of as UBid Auction House deems fit.
