A bid means you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s). Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase; play nice! **If we have not received payment or heard from you by 10am on Wednessday, May 5th we may offer your item(s) to the next highest bidder. Please do not bid unless you can pick up your items on Thursday, May 28th or are willing to pay for handling and shipping costs.** We do not have storage facilities so we cannot store items. Items left at the premises will be offered to the next highest bidder or retained by owner. Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement.

**Don't hesitate to bid due to the reserve; the owner will review the highest bid upon completion and has the option to accept bids below the reserve.**

Bidding instructions:

We have made every effort to describe this item as accurately as possible including any defects. Expect normal signs of wear consistent with antiques, vintage and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or returns. All sales are final. CT does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions provided are generally approximate. If more information is needed, contact us and we will try to provide to the best of our ability.

Payment:

Please wait for your online invoice to be emailed to you prior to paying so that we can group multiple wins on one invoice. We accept payment through PayPal. PayPal will accept credit card numbers even if you don’t have a PayPal account. You can also call us with your credit card number (248) 836-8244. All items must be paid for when you receive your online invoice that is emailed to you. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.

Pickup Instructions:

Pickup is available during the period listed above. After the auction ends, auction winners will receive an invoice from Caring Transitions. You will be asked to make an appointment for pickup, at which time we will provide the exact address for pick up. E-mail Terry Ondusky at TOndusky@CaringTransitions.net to make a pickup appointment, arrange for shipping, or with any questions. Please bring your PayPal receipt with you to claim your merchandise. Buyer must bring enough physical resources to lift, carry, load and transport their purchases.
