~This is a two day sale, most items remaining on Sunday will be 50% off. ~Sign up sheet for entrance will go out on front porch about an hour prior to start time. ~ We will not honor entrance list that are not our own, please make sure our logo is on any list that you sign in on. ~ You must be present when your name is called for entrance. ~Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing. ~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Amanda prior to purchasing. ~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture. ~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D. ~Not responsible for on-site accidents. ~We are using street parking only. ~We do not offer pre-sales and only prices for the vehicles will be given out before the sale all other prices will not be released until the start of the first day. |
