This is a 3 Day Sale. Thursday & Friday are at full price and Saturday is 50% (Select items and better jewelry will be 35% off on Saturday). No numbers given out – just be nice in line. We generally do not pre-sale unless it is beneficial to the estate, so at times you will see things marked as already sold. We accept credit cards, cash & checks. All sales are final, items sold as is. Although we try to help when possible many times we are unable to provide assistance with furniture so please plan on packing and loading your purchases. Furniture and appliance purchases will need to be picked up by NOON Saturday. |

This estate sale home is set in a Historical Landmark in Hyde Park. The whole neighbors is “Over the Top” when it comes to Halloween so we are bringing you half of the 2nd floor of this Victorian house. Downstairs we are able to fill it with everything you need for an office and kitchen. There is a vintage 1916 Victrola and records to go along. We have boxes of albums, HO train collection, leather relax the back lounger, dolls, and antique furniture. There is a beautiful ca 1800’s fireplace mantle that could be used as a headboard with a little imagination. Several large antique hutches, sideboards, and mirrors to choose from, as well as vintage frames. Outside is filled with terra cotta pots, outdoor yard items, crocks, and a “Make an offer” potting-planting supplies |
