Heirloom Estate Sales

Friday and Saturday, June 19th and 20th ---- 9:00 - 4:00 ​

Sunday, June 21st --- 9:00 tip ?? ​

This sale is absolutely jam-packed with saleable items!! This home is still owned by the original owner and contains items since the 40's! You must see it to understand! We've emptied out three sheds out back bringing in the merchandise to the garage and home, carefully cleaning and staging it all. You know us, our sale must be presentable, clean and organized! It's been a lot of work, but we think you all will enjoy going back in time . . . I'll be adding more descriptions and adding photos soon so stay tuned!! (We have to leave preparation of this sale to conduct a rush sale the weekend before this so we will be coming back and finishing last minute pricing the Monday of this sale)

Things to watch for include:

A jam packed garage, vintage Lionel train on a board with tracks (will need some work rewiring it, but what a fun project!) Two Engines, a Coal Car, Freight car and Caboose, 2 transformers with tons of extra tracks

Lumber ​

Vintage tools, old doors, screens, vintage Medicine cabin with florescent lights on each side

Several military trunks, one included the tent, pans and cot, mess kit and canteen cup

Metal barrels, End tables (didn't have room in the house), drop-leaf table made by the family (really great!!)

Real Bowling Balls, including a set of toy pins and ball for the little tykes.

Golf pull carts, ball retrievers, T's

Old Mason and Ball jars

Some vintage Christmas in the Garage that wouldn't fit inside the house

Lawn Mower, Edger and more tools and yard equipment

Picnic table, Metal vintage chairs, bird baths, lots of pots, including Africant violet pots . . . very pretty!
