Listing Information
This estate is mainly garage items of all types which will include hand tools, fishing equipment, boating equipment, outboard motor, ham radios and equipment, CB radios and equipment, electric tools, weed eaters, welder, radial arm saw, table saw, car carrier, yard tools, and many other types of garage items. This auction will also offer a 1982 boat, motor, ( inboard/outboard ) w/ Volvo Pento engine, and trailer and a 1984 Ford ful size Bronco. We have titles for trailer and Bronco. 1 This is a 1984 full size Bronco 4X4 straight stick w/ 6cyl engin and the back top can be removed. The owners say it runs but the low idle needs attention. It was driven into the back yard. Could only find a few small rust spots on the drivers side as the pictures will indicate. The title reads 101000 and some change on it. We have clear title to it. The interior seats look good and we think the floor could be cleaned up or replaced. It has manual windows but there is a radio in it and the dashboard looks good. There are two spare tires and rims that goes with it. One of the tires isn;t any good but the rim is. There are also several manuals for Broncos located in the front seat. We have looked up the value of this vehicle and even the low end is high. We will start this vehicle off at a reasonable price well below the advertised value and see where it goes. If you are paying by check or credit card on the vehicle the title will be held until the funds clear and then it will be mailed to you or you can pick it up if your local. 2 This is a 1982 Galaxy inboard/outboard 270 Volvo Pinto engin w/ trailer. We know it needs to be cleaned up and maybe some repairs but it seems to be a solid boat. The tires will need to be pumped up on the trailer or even replaces. You will need to determine that before you remove it from the yard. Can't tell you anything about the motor or if it runs. The family wasn't sure. It was used by the owner and there is plenty of evidence of this by some of the items you will see in this online auction. This is a 1982 Galaxy inboard/outboard 270 Volvo Pinto engin w/ trailer. We know it needs to be cleaned up and maybe some repairs but it seems to be a solid boat. The tires will need to be pumped up on the trailer or even replaces. You will need to determine that before you remove it from the yard. Can't tell you anything about the motor or if it runs. This estate is mainly garage items of all types which will include hand tools, fishing equipment, boating equipment, outboard motor, ham radios and equipment, CB radios and equipment, electric tools, weed eaters, welder, radial arm saw, table saw, car carrier, yard tools, and many other types of garage items. This auction will also offer a 1982 boat, motor, ( inboard/outboard ) w/ Volvo Pento engine, and trailer and a 1984 Ford ful size Bronco. We have titles for trailer and Bronco. 1 This is a 1984 full size Bronco 4X4 straight stick w/ 6cyl engin and the back top can be removed. The owners say it runs but the low idle needs attention. It was driven into the back yard. Could only find a few small rust spots on the drivers side as the pictures will indicate. The title reads 101000 and some change on it. We have clear title to it. The interior seats look good and we think the floor could be cleaned up or replaced. It has manual windows but there is a radio in it and the dashboard looks good. There are two spare tires and rims that goes with it. One of the tires isn;t any good but the rim is. There are also several manuals for Broncos located in the front seat. We have looked up the value of this vehicle and even the low end is high. We will start this vehicle off at a reasonable price well below the advertised value and see where it goes. ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIDDING ONLINE WITH
PROGRESSIVE AUCTION CO. LLC
ALL AUCTIONS ARE WITH RESERVE UNLESS SO NOTED AND ADVERTISED WITH THIS COMPANY

There will be a 18% Buyers Premium with will be added to the high bid to determine the total sales price of any and all items. Credit cards will automatically be charged at to the winning bidder at the end of the auction, subject to meeting any set reserves.
Bidders/Buyers paying by credit card agrees to be subject to the jurisdiction within the Auction Company’s City and State.
The Seller, Auctioneer and or the Auction Company are making representation nor is either party warranting the character, quality, or other attributes of the property sold at auction.
The burden of inspection of any property is solely on the bidders. They can either inspect the property prior to the bidding or waive inspection prior to the bidding.
All sales are final, and no refunds or returns are allowed.
The Bidder agrees that, should a charge back be initiated, the Bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive of Bidder’s waiver of any charge back rights.
In the event a charge back is successful, the Buyer remains liable for the purchase price, including any buyer’s premium and plus any and all cost of collection and attorney’s fees.
The chargeback rule is established to be consistent with applicable licensing requirements and ethical responsibilities required by the State of Virginia.
Packaging and shipping of any and or all items bought by the buyer will be the responsibility and expense of the buyer. The Auction Co. will provide a list of local packaging and shipping companies at the request of the successful bidders.

Once the Bidder has been declared the high bidder of any or all items, those items are then declared the bidder (s) and the high bidder takes full responsibility of those items. The Seller, his/her representatives, the Auctioneer, or his/her representatives will not be held responsible for any items once the bidder has been declared the high bidder of such items.
Credit card will be accepted for payment at this auction. All items must be paid for in full before removing items from the auction site. In the event the buyer renders a bad check to the Auctioneer, the bidder will be responsible for any and all cost to the Auctioneer required to collect the monies owed to the Auctioneer including any and all legal fees deemed necessary to collect the funds including any and all attorney’s fees.

There are no minimum starting bids; however, the Auctioneer reserves the right to set starting bids on select items, accept, or reject any and all offers on items at his/her sole discretion.
Conduct of the auction and increments of the sale shall be at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer.
The Auctioneer has the right to withdraw any item, postpone or cancel the auction at his/her sole discretion without notice and or modify or add any terms and conditions either prior to or at the auction.
By registering for this auction, you are entering into a legal binding contract with the Auction Co. and hereby agree and are bound to the terms and conditions presented by the Auction Co.
A pickup date will be set for this auction as well as times set for that date. In the event you fail to pick up your winning items during the set date and times your items (s) will be considered as abandoned and they will then become the property of the auction company. You will still be responsible for full payment of those items and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
The Auction company will ship your item (s) if you are out of the area and will advise you of the shipping charges prior to shipping. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged to the buyer’s credit card in addition to the high bid cost and buyer’s premium for any and all items.

In accordance with the new law on sales tax, if your state requires sales tax to be paid when purchasing items from another state the appropriate sales tax will be charged.
