We can help putting lightweight items into your vehicle - delivery, hook-up and haul-off is available at an additional cost mostly based on mileage due to high fuel costs. Rain or Shine. We pack and move Seniors... We unpack and place everything... We even make the bed! We take away all the boxes and packing... We either do a buyout (immediate check to them) or an Estate Sale [AllAboutEstateSales.com]... Liquidate the personal property from the house, garage and grounds... Including all the 'fine stuff' in the attic! We dry wipe the horizontal surfaces, broom sweep the hard floors, vacuum / stripe the carpets, blow out the garage... READY FOR THE HOME SALE CLOSING / SETTLEMENT WALK THROUGH! The Seniors can choose any or all of the services we offer. No COST consultation - initial visit to see what can be done. AND if we do the Estate Sale, the move and clean-out expenses are deducted from the sales proceeds... NO $$$ MONEY $$$ OUT-OF-POCKET! We are getting 2-4 calls a DAY! LAST WEEK ALONE 1) we moved 2 Ladies to Independent Living (Village at Gleannloch Farms & The Conservatory - Cypresswood) 2) Performed 3 Estate Sales at houses 3) Packed and transported 3 Buyouts to our new warehouse 4) Had the Store OPEN going strong 5) Sold an SUV for a client. THE STORE AND WAREHOUSES ARE FULL! PLUS in our beautiful Store, we cannot display a chainsaw next to a sofa... a circular saw on a dining set... a lawnmower under a desk... liquid weed killer next to the cologne... To keep offering these services to Seniors. We must, starting in August, have a warehouse sale every 1st and 3rd Saturday of EACH month! THIS REALLY IS A 'GET THE STUFF OUT OF THE WAY SO WE CAN FINISH THE WAREHOUSE' SALE! This sale will be Saturday June 27th from 9 AM to 5 PM. All of this comes about like this: Why Estate items in a ‘Brick and Mortar’ locations? Sometimes there are good reasons not to have an Estate Sale in the home; such as location, lack of parking, quick home sale, subdivision / township restrictions, gated communities or not enough items to sell. When Senior’s must liquidate their apartment in an Independent Living Community… They still need the money, bring it all somewhere else to sell. At an Off-Site location everything is For Sale! Yes, some high-end and antique furniture, art, jewelry and collections… BUT generally, ‘common stuff’ for ‘common people’, gently used items to be used again! Furniture, Appliances (yes; refrigerators, washers / dryers), Home Décor, Books, Jewelry and more… Come see the great values! CASH, Credit [NO AMEX] / Debit Cards ($10 minimum) and Checks are accepted. Delivery, hook-up and haul-off is available. We help you load your car within reason! |
