Payment is directly to 2 Men & A Truck by Cash or Credit-no checks please.

Pickup is the day of the auction - any other arrangements should be made with 2 Men & a Truck.

We will make every effort to accurately describe these items. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and competent to conduct a financial transaction. All Auctions are considered reserve Auctions unless otherwise posted. The Auction company and its employees reserves the right to bid on any item for any reason, including absentee bids placed by non-internet bidders. The bidder/buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with any collection process for the funds due the Estate & Downsizing Specialists LLC. This may include legal, court, time and ANY associated costs. The purchaser agrees that a fee of 10% per month will be added to the balance of any unpaid amount due to Estate & Downsizing Specialists LLC.
