WOW!  This has turned out to be a very packed estate!  There will be tons of treasures inside the home and also all over the property!  We encourage you to come prepared to spend some time!  There is also tons of digging to be done on this property.  And, as I mentioned before, if you are a scrapper, there is plenty here for you and this is certainly worth your drive!  Tons of Rusty Gold!  It is so amazing the American Pickers will wish they stopped here!

AND NOW FOR THE RULES!!!!!

No one likes them, but let's face it, we have to have them!  And if I am typing about it here, it means that someone has likely broken that rule at least 3 times!

NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED AT THIS SALE!  This is for everyone's safety!  This estate is located directly on Lake Weatherford and has direct lake access!  This rule is not bendable at all!  Please don't ask!

PARKING!  This always seems to be an issue!  But for this sale it should be simple!  There is a grassy park directly across from the estate.  PARK IN THE GRASSY PARK!  Do NOT park on the same side of the road as the estate!  DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY (It is under no circumstance, parking for you, unless approved by me, for pick-up!)!  so again, PARK IN THE GRASSY PARK! 

LOADING!  LOADING!  YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD ITEMS!  THE STAFF WILL BE BUSY HANDLING THE ESTATE AND ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP YOU LOAD!!!!!  THEREFORE, IF YOU BUY FURNITURE, HEAVY ITEMS, OR ANYTHING IN GENERAL THAT NEEDS LOADING, YOU MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN HELP OR BE ABLE TO HANDLE IT ON YOUR OWN!  DO NOT ASK FOR STAFF TO LOAD OR HELP WITH YOUR ITEMS!!!!!

PACKING!  We have a limited supply of bags, boxes and packing!  Come prepared with supplies to take home your treasures as ours go quickly!

HOLDING AREA!  Bring a tarp, blanket, tote, or box to create a holding area!  And RESPECT your fellow shoppers!  Do NOT shop from someone's pile!

ITEM REMOVAL!  First, if you are purchasing small items, they must go with you when purchased!  They can not be left for a later time!  Come prepared to take items with you on day of purchase!  Any large items not taken on day of sale must be picked up by 10am Saturday Morning!

SAFETY!  This estate and property has lots of ups and downs!  Steps, Hills, Holes in the Ground.....!  So please be safe!  We are NOT responsible for accidents or injuries!  If you plan on digging, bring gloves!  We will have some areas cautioned off!  RESPECT THE CAUTION TAPE!  Many of these lake homes do not have fences, including ours!  So there will be caution tape!  STAY OUT OF THE NEIGHBOR'S YARD!  STAY AWAY FROM THE LAKE! 

PRICING!  This estate is very fairly priced!  We want these items to move and move quickly!  Many items have prices!  Some do not!  Do not hesitate to ask if something doesn't have a tag!  Do NOT remove our price tags!  Those caught removing tags will be immediately banned from the sale!  Also, remember, we priced it once,  removing a tag is not going to get you anywhere!

FUN!  This is why we are all here!  Please come to this sale only with a great attitude!  Remember again that this is a CASH ONLY sale!  Bring your cash and remember we will only take large bills for purchases over $50!  We look forward to seeing everyone Thursday Morning!
