 All items Treasure Chest Estate Sale sells are pre-owned and used. You should expect the signs of wear. While we do our best to provide multiple images, any damage, description, and measurements, the absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition.

 Auctions do not work like retail stores where you can return an item or get a refund. So, you must be sure that you can uphold your end of the agreement before placing your bid(s). ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS.

 SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR THE JEWELRY AND CAMERS. WE USE USPS SERVICE. A HANDLING FEE IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING AND INSURANCE COST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS. MULTIPLE LOTS WILL BE COMBINED TO MAKE SHIPPING AS COST EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE. SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE READY FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LOCAL PICKUP DATE.

Pick up: Sunday 11/20 11:00PM - 2:00PM
IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP WINNING ITEMS PLEASE DO NOT BID. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS.

 If the name of the individual picking up the items does not match the name on the account/invoice, you must send an authorization to treasurechestestate@gmail.com before the pick-up date.
 It is required for the buyer to remove their winning items. Be prepared with adequate help at the pickup.

For Tax-exempt purchases please make sure that you have uploaded tax-exempt information and certificate before bidding.
