Parking/Traffic: Gated neighborhood – please say you are there for the sale at 250. Please be considerate of the other residents in the neighborhood. Do not park in, nor block their driveways.
Bags & Purses: No large bags, purses, etc., as we do provide baskets for your shopping convenience. A small evening size clutch ONLY is acceptable.
Strollers/Wheelchairs: No strollers or carts. Wheelchairs are welcome, but please beware the house is not wheelchair friendly.
Children: Well behaved children are welcome so long as they stick close by the parent or guardian and are kept from wandering. They are there at your own risk and you assume all liability for them – and anything they may damage.
Pets & Service Animals: No pets allowed. Service animals are permitted ONLY upon presentation of the animals paperwork.
Liability: Entry to the Sale is at your own risk, and you assume all liability by entering onto the property. There are uneven surfaces, stairs, carpets, steps, etc..

Payment: Payment is accepted via cash or – with proper ID – Visa, MasterCard or Discover and are at the discretion of management.
Sales Tax: We are a licensed business and must collect sales tax. If you are a reseller or are tax exempt you will need to bring a copy of your certificate (which must be left with us), show ID and complete the appropriate state form.
Moving & Transport: Please bring assistance for moving and loading if you intend to purchase large items – no assistance can be provided by Celebrations staff. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, without warranties nor guarantees of any kind, express or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Movement Timing: Merchandise purchased must be removed prior to the end of the sale –arrangements may be made with Celebrations management for some removals after the sale. Such arrangements must be made before the purchase of the items, and at the discretion and convenience of Celebrations management.
Listing Information

Fabulous Vintage Vegas home originally built and occupied by Howard Hughes, Hughes Tool Co. - near Rancho and Alta (this is a guard gated community and visitors will need to say they are there for the "Vintage Vegas Sale" to gain entry). July 18th & 19th will be the second time in this 5,600 square foot, largely Hollywood Regency style home. Many items were sold during and since the sale here in June – but more has been pulled from storage where it had been placed due to time and space considerations. Several items previously held back by the owner have been released for sale, and most reserves have been reduced. It still features several pieces of gorgeous gilt furniture, a pair of gold velvet couches, a set of six hand-painted and artist signed chairs with matching china cabinet, and several other sofa and chair sets. The fabulous and rare acrylic bar set with the two original acrylic and chrome stools is still available. Many original works of art including oils on panel or canvas and rare prints are available – several, including one huge piece, are just out of storage. Several light fixtures including a stunning Venetian glass dining room chandelier have been released by the owner and are now for sale. Some wonderful patio/lawn furniture sets and singles still remain, including a garden swing. Several sets of fine china (Lenox, Fitz & Floyd, Mikasa, Noritake) are still available. Appliances include a GE side-by-side refrigerator, a Kenmore Washer & Dryer, and a great vintage Kelvinator small commercial ice cream freezer from the office of Anderson Dairy. A second large collection of LPs including Frank Sinatra and Lenny Bruce among others has been brought out of storage. There is still a great selection of New-In-Package, designer make-up and skin care including Estee Lauder, Chanel, MAC and others (see below), including some we were unable to have out previously. Additional cosmetic/makeup brands include: Clinique, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Lancome, Cie de Peau, Lorac, Stila, Trish McEvoy, Princess Marcella Borghese, Shiseido and more ….
