Listing Information

We have a new policy regarding phone call inquiries about the pricing of items and whether items in the estate are still present during the estate sale. We simply cannot handle the telephone traffic due to the volumes of interests. Thus, you will have to attend the sale to see the prices and if your preferred item is still available during the estate sale weekend. This way, we can focus on the customers present at the sale and during the sale. You need to consider utilizing our bid sheets at our sales. Bid sheets are considered commitments to purchase if awarded.

The streets into the neighborhood are tight and have blind spots; be careful and drive accordingly. Parking will be a challenge. Rambo will be manning the 6-seater golf cart for customers.

The estate is adorned with quality furnishings throughout. 3 dining room tables/chairs. Maitland Smith entry table. Bedroom furniture. Set of 8 Chippendale dining room chairs. Nice single hospital bed. Hossier cabinet. Massive amounts of quality, antique small items. Lots of clocks. Nice selection of chairs. Really nice selection of lamps. Books. Lots of Christmas décor. Ole Miss memorabilia. Ca. 1900 New York Central Station caboose lantern. Early Bell candlestick telephone. Jugs. A couple of firearms & ammo. Linens, tablecloths, bathroom items. Perfume bottle collection including 2 lay-down-double-ended Victorian perfumes. Old toys & games. Lots of ladies clothing. Elvis newspaper, etc. Garages & shed packed. Primitive tools. Golf cart. John Deere riding mower, etc. This estate is loaded with items. Bring your own boxes and help for moving.
