Online Bidding/Auction:
All Customers must be Registered to make bids and buy in our Auctions. All Items must be paid for in full at the end of the bidding. All pick ups are to be done at specific dates and times. No exceptions. All receipts required at the time of pick up. No Cash on pickup. At Estate During Preview/Pickup: There will be no removing of any items during the PREVIEW of the Sale. No Cash on Pickup. Receipt must be shown before the removal of items. All Customers are responsible for the complete removal of their items. No help from our Staff will be provided. Any items not paid for by Customer will not be removed from the Estate. |
