~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Amanda prior to purchasing.
~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.

We are very excited about the opportunity to help this family liquidate the remaining contents of their parents home. Both parents were Wake Forest University professors and have done extensive traveling. The offering is nothing short of amazing. As always the pictures shown are preliminary and are a very small sampling of the items that will be available.
