Start Times: Posted Dates and Times are subject to change. We may give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales. Our sign-up sheet is typically made available approximately 2 hours prior to start time of the first day. No other sign-up sheet will be honored than the approved GoodLife Sales sign-up sheet. We start when we say we start but customers on the sign-up sheet should be ready to enter the sale at least 30 minutes prior to advertised start time.

Availability of Items: All items are offered as found and are available on a "first come, first served" basis. We often sell-out before the last day or last hours of our sales. Be sure to visit the sale sooner than later and don't expect items to be available after the first few hours of the first day. We are not able to provide availability of an item over the phone or email once the sale starts - we are just too busy helping customers to check stock. Occasionally we pre-sell certain items (e.g. vehicles, appliances, pianos) and will state so in our advertisements. NO OTHER sale items will be subject to prior sale. Please Note - all items are the private property of our clients and may be withdrawn from the sale at any time.

Pricing and Discounts: We are not able to quote prices over the phone or email. Thank you for your understanding. We MAY DISCOUNT on any given day of the sale but do not expect an automatic 50% discount on the last day. No sale items are to be considered subject to automatic price reductions or discounts. Some items WILL NOT be subject to any discounts, whether advertised, posted or via coupon. This restriction on discounts applies to vehicles, vessels, fine jewelry, case items, items covered under a separate consignment agreement and items stated as "reserved" or "reserved pricing". All discount offers are at the discretion of the GoodLife Sales event manager. All discount coupon holders and those with printed offers for discounts should inquire as to whether an item is subject to "reserve" pricing or other discount restriction before bringing it to the cashier.

Payment: For all of our sales, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, American Express and most Bank Debit cards - No Checks, No Deposits. Card transactions are subject to our merchant bank services being available during the sale hours. We do not do holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds. You must pay at the time of the sale.

Sales Tax: All sales are subject to 8.00% California sales tax. Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit (a.k.a. "Seller's Permit") or Tax Exempt Certificate are exempt from California sales tax.

Delivery and Storage Fees: Contracted delivery services are available to those not able to remove purchases prior to close of sale. If you cannot pick-up the item by the end of the sale, GoodLife Sales reserves the right to charge a "storage fee".

Accessibility: All buyers and attendees attend our events at their own risk. Participants are responsible for their own safety. No Children under 14 and No Pets (dogs, cats, birds, rodents, reptiles) are allowed insde our events. We will attempt to accomodate disabled persons whenever possible however, not all of our sale locations are ADA compliant. Most of our sale locations have steps or stairs, tile floors, multiple levels or floors, uneven pavement or grounds, narrow hallways and the potential for obstacles and trip hazards created by sale items. Observe all signage that restricts access to areas of our client's home or property. Failure to adhere to access restrictions, barrier fencing and the privacy of our clients will result in removal of a participant from the sale event.
