LIQUIDATION PARTNERS 213-545-1720 BIDDING Your bid is a binding contract, please do not bid unless you intend to complete the purchase. A 15% Buyer's Premium is added to all sales. We charge CA Sales. To be tax exempt you must fill out a card and return to us before your invoice is issued, no exceptions. California does not accept out-of-state tax exempt certificates. We do not cancel or retract bids. If you bid above the current (SET A MAXIMUM BID) we cannot see that bid and cannot change it for you. INSPECTION Inspection is avaiable by appointment only. Please call us to set up an appointment tpo inspect any lot. PAYMENT Your credit card will be charged at the end of the auction. Any sale over $2,500 will require bank wire within 3 days of the close of the auction. If "Local Pickup" is choosen you may pay cash at pick up. If you fail to pick tyhe credit card on file will be charged. SHIPPING We charge shipping costs plus $3.00 for packaging (Large items are charged actual packaging costs). Overnight is available upon request. All items or total sales valued at $1,000 or more will be shipped REGISTERED MAIL with an ADULT SIGNATURE and IDENTIFICATION required. We ship via the most cost effective carrier unless you request otherwise. No PO Boxes for shipping Any item that is set for pick-up and the buyer does not pick up will be shipped and the buyer charged shipping plus $25/per square foot per day storage. |
