ALL winning bids/items will be notified via the registered email ONLY. You are responsible for checking your email. IF you think you have one an item and you did not receive an email, YOU must notify us no later than 10:00 a.m. the next day. Sales tax,(if applicable) & Postage will be added to the bid total. If you are tax exempt, name & address must match vendor license. A copy must be on file prior to auction bidding.
ALL winning bids/items will be mailed via USPS. Customer address provided at registration will be used to send out items. IF item(s) are returned by the post office, we will make an attempt to contact bidder to correct the address. IF we are unable to contact the bidder and correct the address, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THOSE ITEMS. NO refunds or charge back will be allowed. Purchases will be sent upon confirmation of payment..

We reserve the right to add or remove items from the auction, add minimum bids or reserve pricing, cancel, suspend or reschedule item or auction.
Any claim or controversy related to this agreement/auctions, will be settled by arbitration. Elan Auction Services and/or seller/consignor liability shall be limited to the refund of bidder purchase price.
