Payments: Moxie Auctions accepts cash, personal check, business check, money order, bank wire transfer or cashier’s check. In addition, we accept most major credit cards; however, there is a 3% surcharge to use your credit card for payment. We do not accept PayPal, BidPay or Western Union wires. Payment is due no later than the end of business on October 17, 2015. Make checks payable to Moxie Auctions LLC, and include your name and invoice number on any payment or correspondence. If payment is made with a check or international money order/bank check, we will delay the release of purchases for shipment or pick-up for 10 (ten) days from the receipt of payment.
Maine Sales Tax: If you pick up your items at Moxie Auctions, or if you are a Maine resident and have your items shipped to you within Maine, and if you do not have a valid tax exemption number, you will have to pay 5.5% Maine sales tax. If you are having items shipped out of Maine, you do not pay the tax.

Pick Up: Items may be picked up at Moxie Auctions from 9:00 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. If you wish to pick up your items, please reply by email and you will be assigned a pick up date and time to ensure you will not have to wait for your items. Bidders are responsible for packing and loading purchases into their vehicles. You must have appropriate assistance to load your vehicle. If you do not have a valid sales tax exemption number, 5.5% Maine sales tax will be charged on all items picked up at our location. All items must be picked up by the end of business, October 31, 2015. Moxie Auctions will charge a storage fee of $5.00 per lot, per day, for any items not removed by this time. Items left at our location for more than 30 days after the auction may be resold.

Shipping Information: Shipping costs are not included in the invoice total. Purchasers pay shippers directly for all shipping costs. You are free to contact any shipper of your choice or you may use the shipper that we work with on a regular basis. (See below) Shipping arrangements must be made by the end of business on October 21, 2015.

HOW THE SHIPPING PROCESS WORKS:
You contact the shippers by telephone or email to obtain competitive quotes. Once you choose a shipper, let them know you would like them to ship your merchandise.
You then contact Moxie Auctions by telephone (207-751-1430), or email (moxielady@me.com) to let us know which shipper you have selected.
The shipper will pick up your item(s) at Moxie Auctions within one week of your notifying Moxie Auctions. There will be an additional pick up charge for rush pick up.
Once your shipper has your item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for them to process and package your purchase.
Please note — payment must be received and cleared before we release your item(s) to the shipper. If you pay with check or international money order/bank check, your items will be

given a release date of 10 (ten) days after your check is deposited.
