~This is a one day sale. All items will be full price from 8am-12pm. We will close the doors at 12pm for 30 minutes. When we open back up at 12:30pm all remaining items will be 50% off.
~Sign up sheet for entrance will go out at the side door of the home about an hour prior to start time.
~ We will not honor entrance list that are not our own, please make sure our logo is on any list that you sign in on.
~ You must be present when your name is called for entrance.
~Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing.
~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Amanda prior to purchasing.
~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.
