Cait's Estates recognizes the demand for estate sales with limited timing ,where the associations do not allow sales, or where sales are not practical due to various reasons including size so we created Cait's House. This 2300 SF home within our warehouse allows families to conduct estate tag sales in an environment which duplicates a home. We have created a three bedroom home complete with a living room , family room, kitchen/dinette, dining room, three bedrooms, study,garage, and patio. Cait's will consolidate several sales if required, within one to create a sale which has something for everyone. Cait's House is almost completed but the demand created by this concept requires that we start conducting sales this weekend. Our first sale will be Saturday and Sunday October 9th and 10th. from 9 am to 3 pm.at 10201 191st St. BLDG 1 , Mokena ,IL These sales will be conducted just as our sales that are held within the clients home a two day sale with discounts the second day. Once the sale is completed all items if any remaining will be removed from the floor and a complete new sale will be set up for the following weekend . We will do our best to post pictures timely but due to the nature of these sales pictures will not be posted until Monday following the breakdown of the previous sale . We will also be posting additional pictures on a daily basis as items are placed on the floor. Thank you for your continued support. We hope to see you at Cait's House this weekend.
