Directions:  Take the LIE or Northern Pkwy to Seaford Oyster Bay N. Exit at 14E Jericho Turnpike East, aka (Route 25 East), follow to Left on Oakwood by Valero Gas Station and follow past high school, continue straight onto Green St,  to Right onto Main St/25A and cross Route 110/New York Ave. Continue on 25A til Left on Huntington Bay Rd. Turn Left on Cove Rd and Right on Vineyard. Vineyard looks like it comes to an end but if you look there's a sign telling you to turn RIGHT! to stay on Vineyard. It will take you to the house. It's really easier than it sounds. ONE SIDE PARKING ONLY PLEASE!

How Our Number System Works:  A sign-up sheet is placed in a plastic bag outside of the home on the mailbox. Signup begins at 7 a.m. on the morning of the sale. Please do not sign in prior to 7 a.m. This signup system allows all of you to have a fair chance. Once we open the doors no further sign up is necessary for those coming later. Its first come, first serve! We look forward to seeing you.
