All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% or $5.00 re-listing fee per lot, whichever is greater, based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Due to the large amount of customers not picking up their items within the allotted period, we are forced to implement a storage fee of $5.00 per lot per day for late pick up. The pickup policy allows customers 4 days to pick up their items from the end date of the sale. We believe that this is ample time. All fees must be paid at time of pick up. Please bid accordingly.

Removal: Please check in at main building first when picking up your items. All items will be brought to you at the door. Pick up times for this auction are Fri. 12/01, Sat. 12/02, Tues. 12/05, Wed. 12/06, 9:AM-5:30PM. Always closed Sundays & Mondays. All items must be removed no later than 5:30 pm (PT) on Wed. 12/06.
