Up for auction is a selection of items from a number of different estates being offered by Ben Hersh Estate Sales LLC as agents. By bidding on any item(s), you, the buyer, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this sale.

AUCTION START & END: Bidding begins on Tuesday 2/6/2023 at 10:00 am and will continue until Friday 2/9/2024 at 4:00 pm. A notification will be sent to the winning bidder at the conclusion of the auction and an invoice will follow.

PICK UP LOCATION: Unless otherwise noted, all auction items will be picked up from 408 Bloomfield Dr Unit 5 West Berlin NJ 08091.

PICK UP DATES & TIMES: Sunday 2/11/2024 between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. We appreciate that sometimes buyers have a timing conflict so please reach out to us to make other arrangements if necessary. Also, delivery may be available, please reach out to discuss same. SHIPPING: Shipping may be available for many items at buyer's request and expense. NO FURNITURE items are available for shipping and small items weighing in excess of a certain amount may not be available for shipping. Please contact us to discuss if shipping for your item is possible. Please do not check off the shipping request box without contacting us as we may not see it.

PACKAGING MATERIALS: You must bring your own help and packaging for your items. We may not have help available to assist with heavy items.

PAYMENTS: Payments can be made via credit card. Winning bidder will receive an email with an invoice after the auction closes. There will be a 15% buyers premium on all items added to the winning bid amount. Winning bidder will see the buyer's premium added to their final invoice. Please bring your paid invoice with you to pick up. No sales tax is collected. Items not paid for 24 hours after auction pick-ups, will be charged to the credit card on file. Bidding is a binding contract, and failure to pay for winning lot(s) will result in being blocked from future bidding.

All items are sold Where Is, As Is and all sales are final. Ben Hersh Estate Sales LLC is selling this property in “As Is” condition. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer is accepting the Property “As Is” without any warranties, representations or guarantees, either expressed or implied, of any kind, nature or type whatsoever from or on behalf of the Seller.
