(1. BIDS) Prior to bidding, you must complete the registration form including your full name, address, phone number, and email. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. Cait�s is not responsible for any missed bids as a result of any online technical problems, or for any damage that occurs during shipping. Cait�s reserves the right to refuse service to any person at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject any bids and cancel or re-open the auction in the event of any system/technical failures. We reserve the right to remove or add items to the sale at any time. (2. SALES & PAYMENT) You are purchasing items from our client, not Cait�s. ALL items are being sold �as is� and ALL sales are FINAL. NO refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties. Payment in full due immediately. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. A 10% buyer�s premium will be applied to all hammer prices. (3. PICK-UPS & SHIPPING) Orders will not ship or be ready for pickup until full payment has been received and processed. Local customers only can use COUPON CODE �LOCAL PICKUP� to apply free shipping to their order. Orders can be picked up from our warehouse in Mokena (10201 191 st Street) Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If picking up large/heavy items, you are responsible for bringing your own muscle (Cait�s does not have movers on-site to assist). If items are not picked up within 3 days of the auction closing date and you have not contacted Cait�s to make arrangements, items will be forfeited with no refunds. (4.
