Terms of Tag Sale:

1. Accepted forms of payment are cash and venmo.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside the front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed by Sunday April 14, 2024 NO LATER THAN 4pm. Someone will be available at the estate from 12pm-4pm Sunday.
6. It is highly recommended to bring help for loading of large items as we can not guarantee that we will have help available.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees. There are no returns or refunds. No exceptions.
9. If items are not removed from the estate by Sunday April 14, 2024 at 4pm the item will be forfeited and donated to a local charity of our choice.
10. There will be designated places to park one the days of the sale.
