All sales are final. Jagger Auctioneers has not tested any of these items unless stated as such in the description. Buyer is responsible for previewing items to make sure the condition is what they want prior to placing a bid. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 13% added to the winning bid. SALES TAX: 7.25% PAYMENT TERMS: CREDIT CARD, GOOD CHECK, OR CASH. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE OR AT THE TIME OF PICKUP. OUT OF STATE BUYERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY BY WIRE TRANSFER.
