Handley Pt. 2 will be round two of this grand unique sale. Half of this sale will be upstairs. We ask to use extreme caution when traveling up and down the stairwell, The sheer number of items in the house is mind blowing! There is a huge amount of fragile and breakable items throughout the house. For the very reason, we will enforce a limited number of shoppers inside the house at a time. The space within the house is very limited and during the staging process we had to use every bit of real estate available. We had to place and hang items high. The rooms are packed full and tight. During the sale please ask a MES team member for assistance with hard to reach areas as well as bigger/heavier items. We also ask to please slow down, take your time and shop with the utmost attention and caution.

If you break it, you buy it policy will be in effect.

IN-PERSON ONLY SALE. All Sales are final, everything is sold as-is, where-is. Cash preferred, credit/debit cards and Apple Pay accepted with appropriate identification. $100 minimum for all Credit and Debit Cards. Sales taxes are collected. Please bring help to load your purchases. All purchases must be removed from the location at time of sale. No large bags allowed. No children. No pets. No public restrooms. Please read and follow all signage throughout the house. We are not responsible for any accidents. Please do not block driveways, fire hydrants or mailboxes. If you are a reseller, please bring your completed tax form with you for every purchase. We do not keep tax forms on file.

• There are several ups and downs throughout the house so please watch your step.

• Keep in mind the house is PACKED FULL and it will be tight quarters throughout. Please do not rush and take your time. Please be mindful of other shoppers.
