We accept Visa & MasterCard & Discover ONLY. Credit card charge back’s will not be accepted. Auction Company reserves the right to request a different form of payment (wire transfer or check) for larger amounts. Local residents may be charged state sales tax.

INTERNET BUYERS PREMIUM OF 13% ON ALL MERCHANDISE.

All property is sold 'AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. SUPERIOR AUCTION & APPRAISAL LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall SUPERIOR AUCTION & APPRAISAL LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Menominee County, Michigan.

Bidders who bid from off site understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Payment must be made using our secure online processor at superiorauction.net, or at pickup.

Please do not bid if you are unable to pick your items up during the specified pickup time. Shipping options are available - please contact us!

Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the days of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Buyers may be required to pay any applicable state and local sales tax unless you have a resale number on file with Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC PRIOR TO THE SALE-NO EXCEPTIONS. Sales tax applies to the entire transaction including the buyer fee.

Buyer's are responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance costs. Methods of shipment are solely at the discretion of Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC and we will make every effort to find the best shipping rates available.

Buyers Must Be A Wisconsin Resident To Purchase Firearms at this Auction and Must Have A Valid Photo ID at Time of Pickup! Firearms will not be shipped and must be picked up at pick-up loactaion.

Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
