1. An Arkansas resident registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address,
2. 21 years of age to buy short guns (pistols or revolvers)
3. 18 years of age to buy long guns (rifles or shotguns)

Note: No straw buyers allowed. Only the person registered to bid may make payment and pick up guns. That same person will be required to show photo ID and complete top portion of ATF Form # 4473 or show concealed carry permit or FFL.

Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. Come to the preview to inspect the merchandise ( Time and date listed in Details section)

Bids can not be retracted. You will be asked to confirm your bid by clicking a 2nd time before it is accepted. Be sure before you click.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.

Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.

Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: After the auction has completely closed, winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. It takes 1 - 2 hours for all the emails to send. Thank you for your patience. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. See details for pick up time.

Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash , good check or card ( 4% added if using card) You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendants at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.

A loader tractor will be on hand to load the heavy implements, etc.
Buyers are responsible for loading everything else.

Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details tab. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time.
"No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and may be barred from other HiBid Auctions as well. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP DURING THE DESIGNATED TIME!
