10% deposit (earnest money) at conclusion of sale, with balance due in thirty (30) days from date of auction. All property selling "As Is", "Where Is" both surface and subsurface with no warranties. Closing of property will be preformed by Foundation Title and Escrow, 277 Mallory Station Road Franklin, Tennessee 37067 (615-378-5181).
In the event of non-payment of item, the bidder shall assume all court costs associated with collection of payment in court. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Maury County, Tennessee.
Soft Close: This auction has a soft close feature, meaning if a bid is placed within the last three (3) minutes of a lot closing then time will be extended an additional three (3) minutes onto the time left remaining.
