There are over 100 purses for sale at this house so purses are not allowed. It is fine to bring in shopping bags that we can go through at checkout.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card over $30, Venmo or Zelle accepted. No checks. Discounts: larger discounts are given for Cash, Zelle or Venmo payments. Backpacks, strollers, and large purses will not be allowed into the sale. Please plan accordingly. Bring boxes and packing materials as they will not be provided. Please bring help to load large items, there are no movers on sight. Please do not call, text, or email for prices. We don't leave valuables overnight, and the premises are monitored. There are no pre-sales or early entry’s unless otherwise stated in the description. All merchandise is sold "As is", "Where is" with no Warranties, Expressed or Implied, as to the merchant-ability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, or period of the property. No refunds, returns, exchanges or merchandise guarantees. All sales are final. This house has a Beautiful Baldwin Baby Grand Piano and more... Some of the large Items are available for presale.. We wont be finished going through it all until Thursday so there will much more than is shown here. Here is a taste of what is in the house...
