Anchorage Marina (AMI) is a Baltimore Maryland Cooperative and Buyer will receive a certificate as an owner of Membership in the AMI Cooperative. Buyer hereby purchases exclusive use of   as defined in the rules and regulations and co-op documents.

AUCTION TERMS:

· $2500 deposit at time of successful bid with cashier's check or credit card charge 

· All bidders are subject to owner approval by the marina manager.

· Balance of slip use price to be paid (cash, certified funds or charge card) in full on or before 12:00 PM, Friday, May 3, 2024. Payment is to be delivered to Anchorage Marina office, 2501 Boston St., Baltimore, MD 21224.

· Completed background check for new members with signed authorization form on the day of the auction for successful bidders.

· Membership ownership is subject to compliance with all Marina Documents and continued good standing.

· All vessels intended for slip occupancy are subject to acceptable inspection by the marina manager.

· No live aboards permitted until after two years of member certificate ownership and continuous good standing

· Undisclosed reserve, sale price subject to discretionary acceptance. 

AMI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (a) amend the terms indicated herein before the auction; (b) reject any and all bids; (c) sell the offered slip rights in lots or in portions that AMI deems appropriate; and (d) sell or decline to sell the offered slip rights in a manner which AMI chooses and not necessarily predicated upon the highest sale price bidder.

The auction terms as set forth herein are general guidelines and do not constitute a contract. Any person or entity that chooses to engage in the auction does so in compliance with the discretionary terms set forth herein.
