​Directions:  Northern State Parkway to Exit 35N, 106/107N. Follow onto 106N and continue 3.75 miles. Muttontown Village Hall will be on your rignt.. Slow down. About 3 drivesways down, just past the big yellowish house, you will come to driveway on right that is wide and "White Oaks" and "Pinebourne Farms" signs will be displayed. This is where you turn right.  There will be a Muttontown Police car there to monitor. Follow road almost all the way to top of the hill. You will see a large metal horse with jockey on right. That's where the signup sheet is. Turn there and go thru metal gates. Park if able. Otherwise there will be signs up guiding you to appropriate parking. Please do not block anyone! Do not park on the driveway nor on 106. There's plenty of room to park on the property.

Please be respectful of Homeowners and do not come on to the property until the sales staff arrives and invites you to do so.

How Our Number System Works:  A sign-up sheet is placed in a plastic bag outside of the home on the mailbox. Signup begins at 7 a.m. on the morning of the sale. Please do not sign in prior to 7 a.m. This signup system allows all of you to have a fair chance. Once we open the doors no further sign up is necessary for those coming later. Its first come, first serve! We look forward to seeing you.
