The old cliché “saving the best for last” comes to mind when describing this sale. University Park is where we are for our last sale of the year. And what a sale this one will be! This two-story home promises to have something for everyone. The hand-carved antique mahogany furniture is simply a feast for the eyes, with 5 ft candelabras, plenty of blue and white and area rugs.  While in the living room, don’t miss the 9’ x 12’ 100% wool Persian rug!

Christmas is scattered throughout the house, but one room is dedicated to the season. The 7’ tree in the Christmas room is just the place for Santa to leave the presents! Pre-lit, it is ready to take home, plug in and add your family decorations along with a few new ornaments you find at the sale. From vintage to new, the holiday decorations are a sight to behold. Lights? Did you say lights? Oh, yes, we have strands and strands of lights to brighten your home, inside and out. No Christmas would be complete without a train. We have large scale die-cast electric train sets just waiting to go home with you along with the vintage board games.

The kitchen is the place to find what you are sure to need for your holiday cooking and entertaining. Among the treasures you will find a set of Rose Chintz China made in England by Johnson Brothers and Grafton Meito China serving pieces. You will also find Desert Rose dishes, cookware, heart-shaped cake pans, glassware and serving pieces. Don’t forget to look up or you will miss the hanging pot rack with a selection of copper pan. Just outside the kitchen is a designer baker’s rack that is full of bowls, serving pieces with silver plate and pewter. There is also a set of Versailles Stainless flatware that is not to be overlooked. Many items would also make perfect gifts for the one who “has everything”.

Upstairs is where you will find the ladies boutique room. Vintage to new, casual to formal, you name it, we have it! Sizes from 2 to 16! Handbags, shoes and accessories are also in the boutique. To add the finishing touches, check out the costume jewelry. You are sure to find the perfect piece.

Down the hall there are two additional bedrooms. The back room is where you can find the brass queen bed you have been searching for. The middle room is home to a trundle bed. Perfect for holiday guests! Also, there are comforter sets that include assorted size pillows, dust ruffles, etc to dress up your new bed.

There are many unique items to be found. For instance, we have Bostrom-Brady Survey equipment Model 4, Serial #74. A great bargain for the right person. With the weather changing you just may be in the market for a vintage Kenmore Sun Heat Lamp.

The patio area is where you will see the water fountain. Around the fountain are many plants in terra-cotta pots. All shapes and sizes of these decorative planters are looking for new homes. You will also find decorative plant hangers on the walls and wood fence. A terra-cotta sun would add just the right touch to your yard.
