All items from an estate are pre-owned, therefore All items are sold as is, where is, without guarantee, and we are not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen items. There are No Refunds, No Exchanges. 3% Credit Card Convenience Fee, 7% Georgia Sales Tax. We accept CASH, Credit Cards, Personal Checks (with current valid driver's license). There is ample parking at and around facility location. Please bring your own help and appropriate transportation for larger items purchased, or make arrangements with us for delivery. Delivery is an additional cost depending on location, and man hours. We provide a variety of professional personal property liquidating services for optimal outreach for both buyer and seller through Estate Sales either on location or at our gallery, and/or Public Auctions.
