February 12-14

This first sale will include the entire contents of all of the outbuildings on the property.

PART TWO:

Date To Be Determined

The second part of the sale will take place in a couple of months from now.

At that time is when we will sell the contents of the house, once the family is ready.

Brief Description of the Up-Coming Sale:

There's a very large workshop overflowing with tools! Then there's also a connected kitchen full of things as well. Then there's a second outbuilding, packed with vintage collectibles and lots of cookware, barware, etc. There's also a pole barn with lots of items for sale underneath it too. There are also two sheds packed full of tools, lawn equipment, car parts, etc. There are also other items around the 3 acre property for sale such as picnic tables, wooden porch swings, grills, bird houses, etc…

The family spent many years living the RV lifestyle, using their 3 acre property to host huge rallies with all of their friends who owned RVs too. They had hook-ups all over the property for up to 27 RVs. They would host and cook huge meals and had lots of cookware, barware, outdoor grills/smokers, etc. They even had a dance-floor, and live music sometimes too. They had years of fun spent here on their property out in the country! They even owned another home in St Pete for many years on the water, before moving up here to Spring Hill. So there’s some nautical items as well. The husband was definitely talented and had a very large workshop full of all kinds of tools, car and RV parts, and everything else you can imagine.

Over the years, they accumulated a huge amount of tools, cookware, etc…

You have to see it all to believe it!

There's so much stuff..... it was like their very own Home Depot!

 *We usually receive phone calls and emails from people who are curious as to whether or not we give out numbers on opening morning, or have a sign-up list. No, this is not something that we do.

Our sales are simply conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. We open promptly at the advertised time for each sale, and allow a certain amount of customers in every 10 minutes, based on the occupancy level.

For this particular sale we'll have no problem accommodating everyone. It's a large 3 acre property w/ multiple outbuildings.
