We are obligated by the state of Texas to charge sales tax unless you can provide us with a form showing your exemption or resale status. These forms are printable so please bring them with you as we do not supply them. Watch your children and keep them close to you. No large handbags/bags or large purses. WE DO NOT HELP LOAD or provide equipment to help load. Please bring your own helpers to move items. In addition, packing materials and bags are always limited. Please bring extra if you have any. We do not have the time to pack your items for you. Please bring your smile and have fun while shopping with us. All items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are Final. We are Not responsible for accidents so please Be careful while shopping. We do not give out prices before the sale. Do not block driveways or mail boxes. We have been hired by our wonderful client to liquidate everything in her immaculate home in The Villas at Town Center subdivision in Keller. We are very happy to tell you about another amazing sale by DFW Elite Estate Sales! This is going to be an incredible sale with tons of beautiful home furnishings, household goods and decorative items!

Dining room: Formal dining table with 8 chairs, beautiful center piece, lamp, mirror, paintings, side chest, silverware set, Wedgwood China set etc
Master bedroom: King size 4 post bed, 2 night stands, armoire, TV, blue leather chair, game table with 4 chairs, sewing machine, mirror, clothes, shoes, handbags. Etc
