There is NO PARKING in front of the Estate! (the first 4 houses from Carroll Blvd.) This area is for LOADING ONLY , as it will block the flow of traffic from the intersection.
This is also in a SCHOOL ZONE!
You may park on the side streets (Coit, Denton, Egan, or even across Carroll Blvd) AS LONG AS YOU OBEY THE CITY’S PARKING SIGNS AND CROSSWALKS. “Do NOT park in the Chamber of Commerce or Middle School Parking Lots Thursday or Friday” We have already been notified by the Police, that if You are illegally parked, you will be towed.
PLEASE WATCH FOR CHILDREN WALKING TO AND FROM SCHOOL!
If you need to load an item(s), Please let one of our Staff Members know that you will be pulling in front of the House.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, TICKETS, TOWING, Etc…
Due to this Estate being EXTREMELY PACKED, as much as we hate to, we will have to limit the number of people inside at one time to 30 at a time, to start, anyway.
This is strictly to protect YOU, The Homeowners Belongings, and expedite the checkout process. We will have a sign up sheet, so once You put Your name on the sheet, You can wait in Your vehicle until 30 minutes prior to the sale (due to School Traffic, Children walking to school on the sidewalk in front of he house, etc...
For some reason, we have very "spotty" cell phone service at this Estate, so if we don't have service at time of checkout, please be prepared to pay with cash. There are several banks very close, and we will be glad to hold Your item(s) for up to 30 minutes if You need to run to the ATM, etc...
Please bring Your patience, smile and a good attitude and everybody will have a GREAT time ! :) |
